Department of Research & Development

This department is responsible for all R&D programs, initiatives, activities, and projects. It is headed by the Coordinator for R&D, who is answerable to the Chief Executive Officer.

Department of Capacity Building & Institutional Development

This department is responsible for all activities pertaining to Capacity Building and Institutional Development. It is headed by a Coordinator, who is answerable to the Chief Executive Officer.

Department of Curriculum Development

This department is responsible for Curriculum Development and all activities, initiatives, and programs there under. It is headed by a Coordinator, who is answerable to the Chief Executive Officer.

Department of Writing, Publishing & Printing

This department is responsible for publishing and printing and all activities, initiatives and programs related to promoting the culture of reading and writing. It is headed by a Coordinator, who is answerable to the Chief Executive Officer.

Deng Institute is a professional establishment, committed to the cause of improving the wellbeing of the people of South Sudan, through empowerment of people and institutions, especially in this post-independence era, when the newly established nation is faced with numerous challenges.
